Coca-Cola Learnership Application Details 2024

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to apply for 2024 Learnership Opportunities. Successful will candidates will enter into a fixed term contract with CCBSA  Manufacturing, during which they will undergo both on-the-job and theoretical learning, culminating in a national qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen
  • Must be unemployed
  • Aged between 18 and 35
  • No criminal record or a negative credit record
  • Candidates must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
  • Candidates must be willing to commit for 12 months,
  • Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization

The following Learnership Opportunities are open for applications:
Sales Learnership

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%
  • Diploma/Degree advantageous

Packaging Learnership

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics (NOT Mathematics Literacy) and physical sciences passed with 40%
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%

Warehouse Learnership

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy passed with 40%
  • Two South African Languages passed with 40%

Skills and Competencies:

  • Self-motivated, Organised, Results Driven ,
  • Attention to detail,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to work in a flexible working environment (includes weekends and public holidays),
  • Ability to work in a pressurised working environment,
  • Candidate must be willing to attend classes weekdays, and Saturdays if required
