Massmart Learnership Application Details 2024

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong potential in time management, interpersonal & communication skills and must have a passion for the retail environment.

Location: Gauteng, South Africa

Requirements:

To be eligible for the programme, the below minimum requirements apply:

  • Candidate must be a South African Citizen by birth
  • Completed Matric qualification
  • Must be unemployed
  • Must have No work experience
  • Must be 26 years old or younger
  • Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays etc. )
  • Not registered for the same program at the SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any program

Start date for the programme is 27th May 2024
