Netconfig invites applications from unemployed South African Youth to apply for their 2025 Learnership Programe Technical Support and Cloud Administration
The purpose of this learnership is to equip learners with the necessary knowledge and skills in order to gain the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values essential for confident operation within a IT Helpdesk and Technical Support Environment.
The Learnership establishes a framework for learners to cultivate the competencies needed for End User Computing, introducing theoretical concepts, and requiring their practical application to develop a range of skills that will make learners informed and effective in the IT industry.
This qualification addresses the demand for nationally recognized qualifications in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 – 35 and unemployed
- Grade 12 with a good pass mark in English
- The program runs for 12 months
- In addition to the qualification, applicants will gain valuable work experience
